Where parks lose bookings
6 leaks that cost RV parks bookings
Each one sends travelers and long-term guests to the park down the road. Each one is fixable.
- 1Not in the top 3 on the mapTravelers searching “RV park near me” see three parks before any website. If you aren’t one of them, most never see you.
- 2Rates and site specs hidden“Call for rates” and missing amp, length and pull-through details send RVers to parks that show them.
- 3Monthly sites marketed like nightly staysLong-term guests search differently and need a different page, ads and follow-up.
- 4Ads paying for the wrong clicksWithout negative keywords, RV ads pay for buyers, renters, repair shoppers and free-camping searches.
- 5Reviews left to luckParks with a weekly review routine pull ahead in the map, and in the decision.
- 6No idea what worksWithout call, booking and direction tracking, every marketing dollar is a guess.

Why park owners work with me
A specialist, not a generalist agency
- I already market an RV park. Country Home Estates, a long-term RV park in Oklahoma, has been a client since 2023, across Google Ads, Meta ads, local SEO, the website and newsletters.
- You own everything. Your Google Business Profile, ad accounts, website, domain and hosting stay in your name from day one. If you leave, you keep it all.
- No long lock-ins on ads. Google Ads and Meta ads are month to month with 30 days’ notice.
- Real numbers, not vanity metrics. Calls, bookings, direction requests and leads, tracked through Google Tag Manager and reported every month.
- Fast replies. I usually reply within an hour and meet clients 7–10 am Central (8–11 am Eastern).
- Certified and specialized. Google, HubSpot and Semrush certified, focused on RV parks, self storage and local businesses with repeat customers.

FAQ
RV park marketing questions
Cost, timing, contracts, ownership and how I work.
How much does RV park marketing cost?
Local SEO starts at $300 a month (Standard, 6-month plan) or $800 a month (Boosted, 3-month plan). Google Ads management is $300 a month and Meta ads management is $300 to $400 a month, plus ad spend paid directly to Google or Meta. Websites start at $400. Bundles of two or more services get a custom quote. See the pricing page.
How fast will I see more bookings?
Google Ads usually brings the first leads within 1 to 2 weeks. Google Maps and SEO show clear movement in 3 to 6 months. A common approach is to start with ads for bookings now while SEO builds up.
Do you work with campgrounds, RV resorts and parks with long-term residents?
Yes. I work with RV parks, RV resorts and campgrounds, both overnight and long-term. My longest-running RV client is a long-term park in Oklahoma. For parks with manufactured homes, see my mobile home park marketing guide.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
Google Ads and Meta ads are month to month with 30 days’ notice. Standard SEO is a 6-month plan and Boosted SEO a 3-month plan, because SEO needs time to show results.
Who owns my accounts and website?
You do. Your Google Business Profile, ad accounts, website, domain and hosting are in your name from day one. I work inside them as a manager, and you keep everything if you leave.
Do I need a new website?
Not always. If your current site loads fast, shows rates and site specs, and makes booking easy on a phone, I improve it. If it doesn’t, a new site is often cheaper than paying for ads that send people to a page that doesn’t convert. Try the 2-minute website self-check.
How will I know it’s working?
Every month you get a report by email with the numbers that matter: calls, bookings, direction requests, leads and what each one cost, plus a call once or twice a month if you want one.
Where are you based?
I’m based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, and work with US businesses on US hours, meeting clients 7–10 am Central. Everything runs through your own accounts, so you can see every result yourself.
